so i have a new macbook and need help. trying to watch a cnn video and its says i need a plug in. I have downloaded what they told me to, but cannot open the file once downloaded. Tried to get macflip or something like that and it wont work either. any thoughts on what do to.

Download and install Flip4Mac and Perian.

Does the file you downloaded end with .sit?
