Date Added Column in Finder only Shows " -- "

Hi. I'm having a problem with the column "Date Added" in finder (I'm running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5).


Every time when I open folders from external hard drives or networks and try to arrange those folders by "Date Added", the value of each row shows " -- ".


For other "arrange by", for example Date Created or Modified, they all work well. Could you please help me with this?

Only files show the date added, not directories.

Neither directories nor files show date added in my finder.
