Still processing, still money in the account. 
Wow! I ordered on the 8th also and no movement on mine. I do have mine set for in store pickup and I did not do that exact config, though I'm tempted to cancel and re-order that one.
Ordered a very similar computer (13" TB 3.3/16/512) on the same date as you (11/3 here in the U.S.) I don't know if it makes a difference, but I'm going to pick it up at the Apple Store so I don't have to worry about someone being at home to accept the shipment. The email from Apple stated that it would be available on Dec. 16. I wouldn't mind getting it sooner, but I suspect it'll arrive on the 16th, just like my iPhone 7 Plus came on the day Apple quoted.
Other people seem to be having their orders come forward but mines still stationary on 20th-29th, even if I ordered today the Apple website would give me a more favourable delivery date.... can't really figure it out....

Seriously! I order a bit later than most on this thread but the wait is killing me lol. The holiday weekend made the wait feel longer too.
I think we're going to see a lot of movement this week. I feel like Thanksgiving here in the US caused some delays.

Ordered the 15'' TB upgrading the HD to 512GB. Estimated shipping Dec. 23.
I was told by an Apple Store employee over the weekend that they sometimes get BTO configurations in. Just keep an eye out to see if your local store may get your configuration sooner.

The only downside is that you can't do an in store pickup even though the Apple Store has the exact CTO you want in stock. Bummer...

The wait is killing me too. I originally bought the base model 13" non-Touch Bar and loved it but needed more power. I just had a taste of what these awesome machines can do and I can't wait! I check the site everyday to see if maybe my shipping dates changed but so far, no luck.
