If I have my videos on iTunes, do I need to keep the movie files on My Documents, or can I go ahead and delete the videos on My Documents to save space?

If you tell iTunes to "Copy files to iTunes Music folder when adding to library" through the advanced tabs in preferences, than it will make a duplicate in the file, so you can delete the original, however, if you do not have this checked, it will not duplicate it, and when you delete the original it will no longer play in iTunes.
