Device backup appears in Preferences but not in Restore Backup

I have a device backup that is present in Library/Application Support/MobileSync and also in iTunes' preference in the Devices tab.

But when I plug my iPhone to my Mac and go to "Restore Backup", that backup doesn't appear there.
Is there a way I can restore that backup folder to my iPhone?
