I don't ever use the three buttons on the top left corner and instead use hotkeys for managing my apps. I want the traffic lights disable to save space in some apps.

You could probably disable SIP and use a SIMBL plugin to do the equivalent of setting titleless and full-content for the NSWindow on all apps. This might break some applications that are sensitive to layout

SIMBL is not working on current macOS versions https://github.com/w0lfschild/mySIMBL
Its replacement – MacForge - is not working on Apple Silicon https://github.com/MacEnhance/MacForge
GlobalNoFullscreenButton https://github.com/inket/GlobalNoFullscreenButton
and GlobalNoWindowTitle https://github.com/inket/GlobalNoWindowTitle have not been updated in the last 10 years.

There's apparently a beta for macforge, and I don't see a theoretical reason why things won't continue to work on future releases as well (with sip disabled) so long as the underlying kernel primitives used by mach_inject continues to function fine.

For the extension, that's why I said you'll have to create your own modeled off of those. yosemite gaves us full content nswindow mask, and transparent titlebar style option.

I tried this beta a few times - didn't work for me on Silicon.

Which is a shame.

MacForge injection allowed to make some modifications not available otherwise. For example, I created a plug-in that disabled the disgusting expand/collapse animation of outline views. Well soon after that I upgraded to Silicon Macs and now there's no way to disable this annoying effect anymore.
