(display/monitor question) Switching between PS3 and iMac...

Im going to be getting a Samsung XL2370, but before I get it I wanted to ask this-

Can I connect it to my PS3 using the HDMI out, and use it as an external with my iMac using the DVI out, switching between them without disconnecting cables?

I was pretty dead set on doing this, because it seems like a pretty reasonable thing to assume a monitor can do, but was never really sure.

If the answer is no, can you recommend me a monitor with the same specs (response time, colors/contrast, and price), or tell me what I need to do to switch between the two without disconnecting everything.

Page 3-4 of the manual says::

Use this button to select a function (graphic)
If you press the [graphic] button when there is no OSD, the input signal (Analog/Digital/HDMI)
is switched. When the input signal is switched by pressing [graphic] button or the product is turned on, a message displaying the selected input signal appears at the top left of the screen.)
