Does the iPhone 6S get stuck when loading GIF's and large webpages?

For anyone who has an iPhone 6S, does it get stuck when you're loading script-heavy websites, videos, or GIFv's? I notice on my iPhone 6, this is still a problem, but it's not an issue on the Galaxy S7, perhaps due to more RAM and power (which the iPhone 6S has).

Plays fine on the 6s...and with 45 tabs open. And on low-power, no less.

No doubt I have more refreshing (in general) than someone with only 12-15 tabs open, but everything else is fine.
