Double iCloud Entry for Calendar/Reminders

Hi,

I've been having this issue for quite a while but haven't been able to find a fix, for some reason on the Calendar app I have two entries for iCloud, this results in duplicate events and reminder notifications.

I assumed there were two accounts (somehow) in the preferences but this isn't the case and only one account is shown.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?
