I understand what pain you're in nicolle19,
I had a lot of duplicates too - about 5 gb - and spent weeks searching for the ultimate freeware duplicate remover. Never found one. You're gonna have to use iTunes (view -> show duplicates), and manually remove them. Unless you are willing to pay.
