I don't think so, looking at the system requirment it says nothing about mac. Not to say it won't work, but I would recommend this one instead

I cannot tell what type of mechanism it is using, however once you find out and post it here it would help.
Since there is a list of what drive mechanisms work with OS X, iTunes and iDVD.
Toast will usually see almost every external CD or DVD burner.

The problem with that one is that it's double the price. I don't want to spend anymore then $130. What about this one...imac abuser said:

Check the makers website and see if it dose work on a mac, sometimes they will say it dose not work (since it dose not have a mac burnning software) but it will with toast.
