E-reader app with these 3 features?

I'd like to find an ereader app that will allow me to:

1 add my own pdf and either .epub or .mobi

2. change the background color to something like Instapaper's "night" mode

3. tilt the phone to scroll like Instapaper.

I can find 2 of these features in various apps, but seems nothing has all three? Am I right? Thanks
