El Capitan auvaltool- NI Plugins

Does anyone know if the new beta of El Capitan fixes the issue with NI plug-ins? I know you can bypass turning the SIP off, but wondering if anyone has loaded the new beta yet and tried installing NI plugins, specifically Massive and Battery which are failing the authentication process.
