I'm running el captain public beta but i"m restoring back to Yosemite but the time reaming is 15 hrs and 27 minutes to complete why is it taking so long what can i do I'm backing from my apple time capsule

That's the problem recovering from time capsule back up. Next time you run Beta OS consider installing on separate drive, a drive partition or get some cloning software such as SuperDuper or Carbon Copy to back up your drive with to another external drive.
With a cloned drive you can restore in a mater of a few minutes.
