If I had to explain it, I'd say it's like someone took an oldschool rail shooter, mixed it with Guitar Hero, and sprinkled methamphetamines on top. It's one of those things you really need to experience to really fully understand. .
I'll just say it's very fun, very difficult, and nigh on trance inducing. I think it might actually be some lost MKULTRA experiment the way it makes you simultaneously zoned out and hyperfocused.
The trailers will probably do a better job explaining it to you than I could.
