And while we're at it, is there a way to make the page view default standard instead of page (so it's one big sheet and doesn't show the margins of each page on the screen)?

Hmmm - that is a good one to tackle

but the BEST TRICK in the world is

Cmd-T to cycle the $ in a cell equation (F4 on Windows)
