F12 Not working

F12 not working as the eject key. I tried a couple of keyboards, but none have a functioning F12 key. My current keyboard is a Logitech G710+. Anyone else notice this.

On Apple keyboards with an eject button, the eject button is a different button to the right of F12.
F12 itself doesn't work as an eject button, at least not by default.

^^^^On a non-Apple Keyboard it does. The F12 key is still working in El Cap (as it always has), and as it always has in prior OSs. But not in Sierra.

And yes the eject button is working on my Apple keyboard.
