I've noticed that we cant post anything via the notification centre anymore, unless there is a option that I haven't seen yet, but it was practical at times to post something from notification centre without going into the app
They have added sharing menu to all the apps and screen..that may be the reason its removed from the notification area. I too feel it was very convenient but anyhow, not missing it that much as well.
