First Time Mac Buyer

Hi everyone,

I'm waiting for delivery of my first ever mac computer,and I must say I am really excited.

I have one important question. On my old laptop I would have the mains lead plugged in most of the time and now the battery lasts about 20mins. With my new MPB if the battery is fully charged, will the MBP start to run from the mains only, and not have any effect on the battery? I hope this makes sense.

With a very quick trip to apple.com searching for batteries, you would get your answer:

http://www.apple.com/batteries/

However the quick answer is yes, it runs off AC when full.
