Well as a the title says forms in iWeb.... So is it possible?

Thanks for the links, the Response-O-Matic seems pretty cool and also very useful

Response-O-Matic is great. You get unlimited fields (questions), and the only "ad" is a little logo and link that comes up on the form submission / status page.

Limitation of the free account - you only get ONE form per account. How do you get around this? Use a different email address (or, .Mac alias...) and create another account.

I have two forms set up under two .Mac alias addresses.
