Does anyone know if it's possible to have Apple run a diagnostic check on an iPhone when contacting support rather than visiting an Apple Store?

Go to the support page and start going through the process. Or chat with support. Apple has the ability to send a link to your phone(I forget if it's via iMessage or something else) and when you click it, it'll run diagnostics.
