I would like to know if any of you know how to get 30 minute time slots on TV (one slot per week) on a channel or channels accessable to all of the US who has at least basic satellite or basic cable. Thanks.

Well, nationwide, it would probably cost you tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars, at least. per episode. What you want is local access, for which there is usually a nominal fee per episode (here it's like $17)... local access is generally viewable for anyone that uses that particular cable company in your area. I don't think there is local access for satellite TV. You may be able to find public access time, late at night, on broadcast stations, but this is a rarety anymore.
