I assume there is a lynch mob currently forming at Yahoo to draw and quarter the MBA genius who thought spending $2 billion to buy Oculus was a good idea. Meanwhile the champagne is flowing among the Oculus investors who sold their now-worthless company for 2 very big ones.
Cardboard - Google screwed Yahoo-Oculus with slick software that they give away and a cardboard mask that they don't even bother to sell themselves. Google continues to make billions by giving stuff away free.
It is a betrayal of my '60's campus Bolshevik credentials to like a corporation, but Google is hard not to like.
