My powerbook will not wake up from sleeping.

I have unplugged the battery and the powercord, and it is still blinking....how beats me. I held the power button down for over a minute, 4 sec. should have killed it.

The sleep light has been blinking for almost half an hour....

...wait, it just stopped while I was writing this thread.

Is this normal? It would be a neat way to change batteries, but I have never had it do that before. Wierd.

Actually if I remember right, I think you are able to put PowerBooks and iBooks to sleep, swap the battery and then wake it up without losing work. Kind of a neat trick if you ask me.

In other horror related news, my old iPod gets 1 hour less battery life. Yes, shocking.

In your head.
It's not normal. I have a couple of batteries, and I have hotswapped them with the AC plugged in, and the computer either on or in sleep mode. Once I didn't have the AC plugged in and the LED stoped pulsating when I removed the battery.

It's rumord that there are going to be more rumors today.
