have problem at startup of my mac

Hello all I have an mid 2011 iMac my video card was replace a few weeks ago. Everything is ok now but lately my mac been having a problem, and it all started when my house shook in the middle of the night, and I woke up and my mac was on its face down. Here is the video.

will it help if I take it in? since I already had the video card replaced.

I would take it back to apple and get them to take a look at it.

thanks yes, i don't kno what happen. It was normal, till it just fail on its face.
