Help unlocking Motorola RAZR V3 from Cingular?

I'm traveling abroad in a week and I'm planning on swapping out my Cingular SIM card from my RAZR and using one from the country where I'll be. Can anybody give me some tips/help me unlock my phone so that I can use it when it has an other-than-Cingular SIM card in it?

My guess would be ask your celluller provider if they can do it, i would try googling it.

Cingular's not going to do it for you. there might be some hack for it.. I'll find a link and PM it to you.
