Hi found my daughters old ipod touch and want to get all the old videos off of it. Im on big sur and used Retroactive to get itunes on my MBP. The ipod touch which has been powered off for years does power up but says "Ipod is disabled connect to Itunes". It has a picture of my daughter on it as the screen saver. i connect to itunes and itunes gives a message saying i need to unlock on the ipod touch. Any help appreciated.
