The colors show marked improvement if the display units are to be believed, but how about the black levels?

I have a 2013 rMBP, and in total darkness a properly set up mid-range TV is leaps and bounds ahead contrast-wise.

I haven't seen any measures of this, but numerous reviews mention the blacks are blacker than before. Apple claims a 67% larger contrast ratio, which should mean blacker blacks and whiter whites.

Curious if you go into settings-> displays->color tab, open profiles for Color LCD, what is model# in last line?
