How can i install win7 with only what I got? (extHD, win7iso)

-I have an external hard drive with 1 partition as osx. And an unpartitioned 50gb.
-And I got a legit copy of win7 in iso, and no access to a pc to make a boot drive.



Can I install win7 with just that?

Not via bootcamp, but you can with Parallels, VMware, or Virtualbox.
