How Do You Print in Grayscale?

It's an easily accessible option in Panther, but not Tiger! Where is it?

Not really - your way said the same thing but took a lot less effort.

doesn't work for me. I have a new macbook, followed your advice, changed to grayscale, printed a color document and it still came out in color.
