iPod touch How do you unjailbreak an iPod touch?

I jailbroke my ipod touch white 4g version and I don't like it and want to go back into apples walled garden. How do you do it?

Restore in iTunes.

Just connect to iTunes and restore it, but pay attention to the date include your music, apps, movies and so on. All of them will be erased.
