I'll take one tonight, but its very, very, unglamourous.

Its all stored in a cabinet under my TV, in DVD/CD Binders "quasi-alphibetically" http://johnson-family-online.com/gallery/albums/House/DSC00230.jpg
(The binders are behind those two wooden doors in the center)

I dont wanta big pile of DVD cases, I like things clean and simple and organized. I only have about 3 or 4 actual DVD's that are still in their cases. No clutter.

That's pretty cool. I thought of that myself aswell of storing my DVD's in binders, but what to do with the original DVD cases?

About 90. One reason I love the holidays is all the cheapo dvd sales to bring people into stores. Oddly enough (or not) I've bought more dvds since I got my projector. I do love watching movies on an 8 foot wide screen, almost as much as playing video games on it.:D

I'd have to check Delicious Library to be sure, but I think I am somewhere around 290 or so- definately under 300. I bought a ton when I was in high school and college, but have sinced stopped buying movies- only one every once in awhile.

Most of the ones I have bought are from HMV, Amazon UK and Play.com, but recently Woolworhts has had good stock in for arounf £3 :D

I never pay full price for any DVD I don't think they are worth it at £20.

But I do like the idea of having the original physical DVD movie around - the same with CD's (so that I know that I can always import it at a higher bit-rate).

We don't have iTunes Movies here in the UK or Europe so I can't comment on how the experience must be downloading from there or whether that would stop me buying DVD's...

417 DVDs. Strangely, I've watched every one of them at least twice. :)
It doesn't seem all that big a collection next to my books, though. Just over 1500 in all

I started my video collection back in the '80s, so I have around 2000 VHS, and a lesser number (200) DVDs. I'm gradually converting the VHSs to DVD, as I get the time.

Few tv series boxed sets.

Firefly
Dead Like Me (Seasons 1 and 2)
Futurama(Seasons 1-4)

Then about 25-30 of my favorite Films. I see a lot of films but I only buy ones I particularly enjoy.
