$30 per line for 3 unlimited lines on Cricket. When we had a 4th line it was $25 per. Been with them maybe 8 years or so with no real complaints.

Aldi Talk now offers in Germany 5G prepaid plans. These are a little bit more expansive (1€ to 2€ per 28 days), but offer more data volume and higher speeds.
The old LTE-only prepaid plans are still available.
All other prepaid plans (including data-only plans) still use LTE.
This week Aldi Talk upgraded their plans again:
more data, some plans are cheaper, up to 100 Mbit/s and for three months 10 GB per month extra.

$18,88 (or 199,- norwegian kroner)
unlimited calling minutes
unlimited text messages
10gb data traffic (way more than I use and the gb I don't use I get back the next month as data rollover)
5g included, I think all subscriptions have 5g included in Norway.

(Norway)

It's very interesting how the prices are so different from country to country, and what's included and not depending on where you live or the subscription you have.

7,90€/month with a MVNO
- 200GB of data (I don't know the exact speed but it's more than enough for everyday usage)
- 1000 text messages
- Unlimited minutes (of which I reckon I use about 10 on a busy month)

Only real thing missing is 5G but 4G is still strong luckily.

Why no 5g? Is it because of the subscription you have or isn't there 5g where you live? Where I live all subscriptions includes 5g, never heard of one with only 4g. I don't know if I would notice the difference if I didn't have 5g though.

I believe the particular MVNO I'm subscribed to doesn't have 5G subscriptions (even though, interestingly enough, the carrier they're renting from does). But, I mean, for the price I'm paying I'm more than happy with "just" 4G

Same here UK for some MVNO only offer 4G instead of 5G. Also even on first party carriers if use PAYG can be 4G only instead of 5G. I am on PAYG on EE and only get 4G but not bothered cos cheap and 4G been fine so far though I do would like get 5G. I always review every time I get new iPhone decide to stay or move but I nearly always pick stay so far.

This thread should be locked annually and a new thread be created every new year.

All ₱ prices are inclusive of 12% VAT unless otherwise stated.

My previous $1099 iPhone 13 Pro Max 128GB plan with Globe 🇵🇭 is

- ₱2499/month
- 24 month contract
- 50GB/month 5G data with free tethering & data rollover
- unlimited text to all 🇵🇭 mobile networks
- unlimited calls to all 🇵🇭 mobile & landline networks that does not end after 4 mins or 12 mins call
- Free VoLTE & VoWiFi / WiFi Calling

At the time ₱2499/month for 24 months amortization was equal to the US MSRP of an unlocked $1099 iPhone 13 Pro Max 128GB without US sales tax. The text/calls/data was effectively "free".

My current $1199 iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB plan with Smart 🇵🇭 is

- ₱3600/month
- 24 month contract
- 4GB/month 5G data with free tethering & no data rollover
- ₱25/GB excess data rate
- unlimited text to all 🇵🇭 mobile networks
- unlimited calls to all 🇵🇭 mobile & landline networks that does not end after 4 mins or 12 mins call
- Free VoLTE & VoWiFi / WiFi Calling

At the time ₱3600/month for 24 months amortization was lower than credit card amortization of an unlocked $1199 iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB with 12% VAT. The text/calls/data is effectively "free".

The SIM-only plan equivalent is ₱300/month

I got bored and provided conversion to the most popular currency of the past pages of this thread.

₱2499/month in today's money & not 24 months ago

- 308.83 Danish Krone
- 44.65 United States Dollar
- 35.42 Pound sterling
- 60.20 Canadian Dollar
- 41.43 Euro
- 179.63 Polish złoty
- 39.33 Swiss Franc
- 213.42 Malaysian Ringgit
- 37,264.93 Argentine Peso

₱3600/month is

- 445.01 Danish Krone
- 64.32 United States Dollar
- 51.03 Pound sterling
- 86.76 Canadian Dollar
- 59.68 Euro
- 258.72 Polish złoty
- 56.58 Swiss Franc
- 307.45 Malaysian Ringgit
- 53,685.21 Argentine Peso

₱25/GB is

- 3.09 Danish Krone
- 0.45 United States Dollar
- 0.35 Pound sterling
- 0.60 Canadian Dollar
- 0.41 Euro
- 1.80 Polish złoty
- 0.39 Swiss Franc
- 2.14 Malaysian Ringgit
- 372.81 Argentine Peso

₱300/month is

- 37.08 Danish Krone
- 5.36 United States Dollar
- 4.25 Pound sterling
- 7.23 Canadian Dollar
- 4.98 Euro
- 21.56 Polish złoty
- 4.72 Swiss Franc
- 25.62 Malaysian Ringgit
- 4,473.77 Argentine Peso

The only that sucks is the PH₱ to US$ is ₱55.97 = $1.00. The 3 decade low was ₱40.30 = $1.00 o_O

If it was then ₱3600/month would be ₱2800/month.

In The Netherlands I used to pay 75,- euros a month for 10GB Data and unlimited calls.

However, here in Argentina I pay 17.000 pesos (13 Euros/Dollars) for 20 GB, unlimited calls/SMS, and once I go through my data, I can still use WhatsApp. Fun though, to add an additional 5GB is just 1700 pesos, which is equal to 1,30 eur/dollar.

Amo Argentina 🫶🏼🇦🇷

$25/month unlimited calls & texts with a 5GB plan from Consumer Cellular.
I use wifi for the vast majority of the time I use the phone, and my data usage amounts to about .40 GB/month.
Of course, to this should be added my internet & modem expense, which amounts to $57.50/month.
1 GB would be $20/mo, Unlimited GB is $50/mo @ C.C.

We have a 50Mbps home fiber plan that is ₱1299/month. It unofficially got a speed boost to 300Mbps.

Mexico City living in Berlin
20 EUR for 44 GB
+ 3 EUR extra for 5G to be "unlocked" - it is kind of ridiculous because you do not even get 5G speed. It's simply to be able to use the 5G network (sometimes LTE is not available where 5G is)

€8.50 a month for 5 GB data and unlimited calls and texts on 4G (still plenty fast enough for me).

Bought my iPhone 13 Pro in the Apple Store when it came out.
