How to reset Battery Usage?

Hi,
is there a way to reset the Battery Usage per App in Settings > Battery? Some people say that it should be reset after a full charge but it is not. I'm doing some app battery consumption tests and I need to start monitoring the app battery usage from scratch.

It doesn't get reset on a full charge. As I recall only more drastic things reset it, like reinstalling or perhaps resetting all settings (and I'm not completely sure if that one even does it).

Force restarting the phone (power button + home button) will reset the global Usage and Standby statistics but won't change the per-app usage %
