Ibook LCD differences?

I have a 300 Blueberry 6GB Ibook that needs the lcd cable replaced but I don't know which screen I have. Can anybody tell me how to determine if I have a Samsung or an IBM screen? I have looked all over and just can't seem to find the answer.
