iCal Update - Bug fixed or not?

Hi,
I noticed in the 10.4.9 release that there was a bug fix whereby some iCal notifications were half off the screen. That bug did indeed effect me - however, having upgraded to 10.4.9 I was disappointed to see the bug was still there. Has anyone else seen this bug? Has it gone away for you?

It's funny, I actually fixed this bug manually, using this how-to, and now that I updated (and supposedly fixed the problem), it's back.

I haven't tried to fix it again, but I will if it continues to bug me (and it did a lot before).

I applied the fix - but had to wait until today to see whether an 'old' window came up in the correct location - and it did! cheers
