Imac & ilife 05

I'm interested in buying an Imac but I just realized they come with ilife 04. What gives?? What is the general consensus around here on when Apple will start shipping Imacs with ilife 05??

I guess they're clearing out the stock that had iLife 04 already installed? You can get '05 for $20 through the iLife-up-to-date program. And seeing as that program ends on March 25th, I'm guess that's when they'll start shipping with '05 pre-installed

It's been said before, but that $20 charge for the up-to-date is pretty cheesy for computers sold after the announcement. It should be free, and maybe $20 for people who bought, say, 1 month before.

Just got my iMac on Friday (Jan28) and it came with iLife '05. Free.
