iOS 9.1 apple id bug

Hey guys just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue. my iPad mini 2nd gen and my 6 plus keep telling me my apple id password needs to be updated so I enter the password and then it asks for my recovery key which i enter then i have to create a new apple id password each time any ideas?

My iPhone 6 since updating to 9.1 also keeps telling me my Apple ID needs updating. When I fill in my password I have to hit the home button as pop up just freezes.

I'd try it on the web and see if there's better prompting you're not getting from the device.
