ios mail & attachments

I want to get the mail app to download all attachments so I dont have to manually download attachments. It would be ideal if there was a setting for this to force all attachments to be loaded when on wifi so that when not on wifi i do not have to wait for attachments to download, which is slow and painful. Any recommendations?
