I'm having a problem with the iPhone4S' volume being really low when maxed to it's highest setting. I have maxed it for the Ringer, Earphone and General volumes and the sound output is really low sounding, barely audible.

I have "Reset All Settings" to see if there was any type of software issue and my last resort is to do a full "Erase" of the device.

What I've also noticed now is that the volume up button sometimes makes the volume bars go down. If I keep my finger on that button, the volume will go up a few bars, then go down all the way and back up. All from the same volume up button. Something is going on and I've never run into this issue.

Has anyone? And if so, what did you do to resolve it?
