That definitely isn't true, the 4 is slower than 4s with iOS 7 and 8.

That doesn't sound good. I did spoke with someone in a Dutch forum and he said that 8.3 is much quicker then 8.0>8.2 on a iPhone 4s. It would be a shame if 8.4 would be even slower then a iPhone 4 running iOS71.2

I will leave her iPhone 4s for now on iOS7.1.2

It works just fine on the 5/5c and certainly 5s.

They are reprogramming the code. Speed optimizations will come with later betas. There's already a speed improvement from B2 -> B3.

iPhone 4s is slow especially for 3rd party apps on iOS8.3 but this is definitely not the case with the 5s i have it running very smoothly.

I don't know if it is slow on iPhone 5/5c but what i read is that most people are also ok with 8.3 running on those devices.

It is ok on the iphone 5, I used one once for a few minutes and there is very few lag.
