iPhone: Send from a MobileMe Alias

When I first signed up for .Mac I chose a stupid name. Now that I actually want to use MobileMe I create an alias with myfullname@me.com .

I can received and even SEND email from my Desktop Mail client using that Alias. However, on my iPhone I can only send from my main account name.

Is there no way to change this? Am I stuck with my main name?

I'm wondering the same thing. Just picked my first iPhone, and eMail aliasing was one of the main reasons I went with mobileme. Disappointing that I cant use the two together
