Hey all!
So I have been at the beach for 3 days, and I take my iPhone down to the beach, but it hasn't been in the sand or in contact with water, however after today, it says that the headphones are in even when they're not. The headphones do work when they're plugged in, with a few glitches here and there. Does anybody have any suggestions for cleaning it, or should I just take it to the Apple Store? I do have apple care.
Thanks

Using compressed air or something like a toothpick (carefully) to try to clear it out might help, also plugging headphones in and unplugging them right away and doing that a few times in a row after that might also do it.

Put your mouth on the phone covering the headphone jack and suck in. Sounds stupid but I had the same issue, tried the toothpick, tried the headphone in and out, and every other trick that was out there.
