Hi, i just noticed that iPhoto have two folders under Pictures, iPhoto library, there are original folder and data folder. Both have the same contents. So files are duplicates. Is this normal? Why does iPhoto need two folders with exact contents?

iPhoto's file placement in Finder gives me a headache. I've learned (and been instructed on MR) that you should just use iPhoto like iTunes; if you wanna hear music you'd use iTunes, so view pictures solely through iPhoto.

Yeah - I wouldn't mess with the file structures through Finder unless you know exactly what you're doing. That could really mess things up.
