iPod 10GB G3 restarting itself!!!!!

I have one of the new 10GB docking iPods and I have been having problems with it. Every time i select a song, it restarts itself, I get that little folder mark with an exclamation point. I cant get back to the main screen, and I have tried restoring it, and using disk warrior to rebuild it. What do i do? PLEASE help!!!

i hope someone knows your answer but in the future can you write 3g or 3rrd generation....most people think of g3 as the chip in old imacs and current ibooks
