Ipod error need help

    On my new ipod there is a picture of a folder with and exclamation mark next to it? What is this error and how can I fix it?

    screwed

    i had that same problem. you're pretty much screwed. the drive can't be read. i had mine replaced,

    Apple has a page that gives you steps on how to correct this. If they don't work then, yes, you will need to get it replaced.
