I have tried X-IRC (i think that's the name) when i first purchased my mbp, but I then tried X-Chat Aqua and have been using that ever since. Very nice program and it also is fairly streamlined imo. Has some pretty nice features, and stable.

    Colloquy.
That is all. (Unless you do a google search for more)

I have used both Colloquy and X-Chat Aqua.

I like them both, but for different reasons. Colloquy is more "OSeXy" while X-Chat I think is a more barebones, no-frills approach. X-Chat would be more similar to mIRC, I think.

    Here's a link to X-Chat Aqua: http://xchataqua.sourceforge.net/twiki/bin/view/Main/WebHome

Conversation serves all my IRC needs**... :)

**Which is extremely scarce, I must admit...

Conversation is nice, yes, but it's not a Universal Binary yet... that's the reason I use Colloquy instead.
