I have this little bug on my new iPhone 7 , restarting doesn't fix. Any idea?

Software bug/glitch of some sort.

I get something similar on my work iPhone 5C. I've always blamed it on our internal apps, because the only time I've seen it on my own iPhone was when I had a jailbroken 5 a couple of years ago, which had several other issues.

Updating seems to have fixed it
