is my mixer broken?

Hi,

just moved to new building and was out of town for 2 weeks.

came back to new office, decided to reconfigure, setting up system now.

i've got audio coming out of kona lhi with 2 analog audio channels out to a yamaha mg124cx.

i only get any audio when i punch the PFL button.

long story short, i have no control over the audio coming out of my tower.

i'm no audio expert, but i just don't understand why i get no audio except for when pfl is punched.

PFL is Pre Fader Listen so it is taking a tap off of the input before any routing or fader functionality.

If this board has subgroups and a stereo output make sure that the channels you are plugged into are routed to the Main or Stereo (possibly 1-2) outputs. Probably an assignment button on the channel near the fader...
