I am deciding between getting last year's Nano as a refurbished unit or the updated 2011 model.

I have read some of the internals have been updated on the 2011 model even though the 2010 model can get all the new features in a software update.

Nevertheless, are there some benefits to the 2011 internals? For example, does it run faster making the device more responsive?

Thanks for any feedback.

iFixit says they are basically the same, so no difference.
